Delivery & Returns

We offer a free of charge ‘Store to Door’ delivery service to all mainland UK addresses. Minimum order value is £10.

For orders to a non-mainland UK address the delivery charge will be determined by the weight and destination of the order.

Please make sure we have the full name and address, including postcode of the recipient and please include a daytime telephone number.

Please make sure that should no one be at the delivery address, a specified place to leave the goods has been stated. Macphie of Glenbervie Ltd cannot accept responsibility for deliveries that are refused by the recipient, or where the carrier cannot deliver due to incorrect addressing.

We are unable to accept responsibility for the actions of our carriers.

Delivery Schedule

Orders are despatched by FedEx and a signature is required on delivery. If you will not be at home, consider providing a work address or that of neighbour who will be available, otherwise the parcel will be taken to your nearest FedEx depot for collection.

On receipt of your order we will notify you of a delivery date.  We aim to despatch most orders to the delivery address that you supply within 3-5 days of receipt.  However, at times of high demand, delivery times can sometimes be a little longer. If an item is temporarily unavailable for any reason, then you will be notified and given the opportunity to cancel your order or chose alternative items.

Standard deliveries are made between 9am and 5.30pm Monday to Saturday. Orders placed after 9am Wednesday will not be delivered until the following week. Saturday deliveries are available. Please contact us for details and prices.

Occasionally some packages can be delayed or even undelivered by the courier. Please contact us as soon as you have any concerns about your parcel. The quicker we know the better. Macphie of Glenbervie Ltd cannot be held responsible for parcels which are undelivered or mis-routed due to incomplete or incorrect addresses given by the customer.

Back Orders

All products are subject to availability. If one of our products is not in stock we will contact you to advise of any delay and take instructions accordingly. You will have the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges

VAT at 20% is included on standard rated goods delivered to the UK.
