The proof of the pudding is in the eating or so the saying goes, and this lovely dessert was easy to eat and easy to make. I even got to use my mini blow torch bought years ago for making brulees and rarely used! I made it up as directed and filled two ramekins and then added some Cointreau to the remainder which gave them a lovely kick!
They were excellent and so much easier than making by the original method, I'm looking forward to trying out other recipes now.
DeviliShh Creme Brulee - love it!

I tasted your Creme Brulee at the Good Food Show in Birmingham last month and thought it was amazing. I bought two packs and gave one to my mum, who's been raving about it ever since. I can't cook to save my life, so my husband was especially impressed. Thanks!
