Irish Cream Liqueur Panna Cotta

  • Cook Time: 5 minutes
  • Serves: 6

Ingredients:

500ml DeviliShh™ Panna Cotta
25-50ml Irish Cream Liqueur (according to taste)
Brownie or Chocolate Muffins
Fresh Cream
Chocolate Decorations

Method:

  1. Cut brownie or chocolate muffin into small cubes and place in shot glasses.
  2. Pour the Panna Cotta into saucepan. Add the Irish Cream Liqueur and bring to the boil, stirring regularly.
  3. Pour into moulds. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
  4. To serve, top with whipped cream and garnish with chocolate decorations.

Perhaps it would be safer to let the panna cotta cool slightly in case the glass shatters - but not so cool as to begin setting!
Hi, thanks for your comment. We've never had any problems before, however it would probably depend on the thickness of glass used. If you have concerns, it might be best to let the liquid cool at room temperature for about a minute (it shouldn't set in that time) and then chill it. Thanks again for your comment.
