Ingredients
DeviliShh™ Crème Brȗlée
Fresh blueberries
Sweet pastry shells
Demerara Sugar
Fresh mint
Method
- Pour DeviliShh™ Crème Brȗlée into a saucepan and bring to the boil, stirring regularly
- Wash some fresh blueberries and place them into a sweet pastry shell
- Pour the hot liquid on top
- Refrigerate for 1-2 hours. Relax
- Before serving, sprinkle with demerara sugar and caramelise with a blow torch
- Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint
- Enjoy!
Cheeky Tip: If you buy smaller pastry shells you will get more servings!
