Blueberry Crème Brȗlée Tart

Ingredients

DeviliShh™ Crème Brȗlée
Fresh blueberries
Sweet pastry shells
Demerara Sugar
Fresh mint

Method

  1. Pour DeviliShh™ Crème Brȗlée into a saucepan and bring to the boil, stirring regularly
  2. Wash some fresh blueberries and place them into a sweet pastry shell
  3. Pour the hot liquid on top
  4. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours. Relax
  5. Before serving, sprinkle with demerara sugar and caramelise with a blow torch
  6. Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint
  7. Enjoy!

 Cheeky Tip: If you buy smaller pastry shells you will get more servings!
