Eton Mess

This amazingly good summer dessert is so easy to make

Ingredients

DeviliShh™ Raspberry Coulis or Strawberry & Rhubarb Coulis
Strawberries
Meringue
Whipping cream

Method

1. Wash and cut strawberries in half
2. Break up some meringue into small pieces and combine with whipped cream
3. Drizzle with DeviliShh™ Coulis
4. Enjoy!
