Key Lime Pie

  • Serves: 6

Ingredients:

500ml DeviliShh™ Panna Cotta
Crushed Digestive Biscuits
Lime Jelly
Grated Lime Zest

Method:

1. Line shot glasses with crushed digestive biscuits.
2. Pour the Panna Cotta into a saucepan, bring to the boil and continue boiling for 1-2 minutes, stirring regularly. Add most of the lime zest, keeping some for decoration.
3. Pour over the biscuit crumbs, don't fill the glass.
4. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
5. Make up lime jelly according to pack instructions and fill the glass, refrigerate until set.
6. To serve, garnish with lime zest.

Hi, sorry for the delay in replying. Although, pouring the liquid straight into the glasses has never caused us any problems, you could always let it cool for a minute (it shouldn't set in that time), then pour it into a glass and chill. Hope this helps? Let us know if you have any other problems and we'll come back to you more quickly, thanks.
I'm worried about putting the hot panna cotta into the cold glasses. I'd like to let it cool first, but it might set before I pour. Any suggestions?
