Pina Colada Panna Cotta
You'll feel like you're on holiday with the tropical taste of Pina Colada Panna Cotta.

Ingredients:
500ml DeviliShh™ Panna Cotta
100g Coconut Milk
100 Caster Sugar
100g Water
Strawberries
Pineapple
1/2 tbsp lazy chilli (optional)
Method:
1. Pour Panna Cotta into a saucepan, add coconut milk and bring to the boil. Continue boiling for 1-2 minutes stirring regularly.
2. Pour into shot glasses (about 2 thirds of the way up).
3. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
For the fruit salsa:
1. In a saucepan, combine sugar and water. Bring to the boil, stirring until sugar has dissolved. Allow to cool.
2. Finally, add chopped fruit and lazy chilli (if using). Pour onto set Panna Cotta, filling the glass.
