Raspberry Crème Brûlée

Ingredients:
500ml DeviliShh™ Crème Brûlée
DeviliShh™ Raspberry Coulis
Fresh Raspberries
Demerara Sugar
Method:
1. Place fresh rasberries and raspberry coulis into base of ramekin.
2. Pour Crème Brûlée into saucepan and bring to boil, stirring regularly.
3. Pour into ramekins and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
4. Before serving, sprinkle with demerara sugar.
5. Caramelise with a kitchen blow torch or under a hot grill for 2-3 minutes.
