White Chocolate & Raspberry Panna Cotta
Creamy white chocolate and fruity raspberry coulis is a real crowd pleaser.

Ingredients:
500ml DeviliShh™ Panna Cotta
DeviliShh™ Raspberry Coulis
100g White Chocolate
Method:
1. Pour a small amount of raspberry coulis into shot glasses
2. Pour the Panna Cotta into a saucepan. Add white chocolate and bring to the boil. Continue boiling for 1-2 minutes stirring regularly
3. Pour over the raspberry coulis, don't fill the glass
4. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours
5. To serve, add another layer of raspberry coulis and a sprig of fresh mint
